Jessie is a nutrition and dietetics PhD candidate researching the effects of nutritional components on gut health and cardiovascular disease. She has a strong passion for educating individuals about nutrition and the power of nourishing body and mind. Jessie ultimately wants to start a private practice, utilizing a weight-neutral and intuitive eating approach to help individuals find solutions to break away from diet culture.
